Gentle YIN YOGA / Sound Bath
A group session where 1/2 of the class in focused on gentle yoga poses, and the last 1/2 of class is spent in savanna listening to the vibrations of the sound bowls, drums, native flute, etc. I will consult with the group and design the class specifically to the needs of the group. Up to 5 people
