
What does a session look like?
A personalized session is like having a personal trainer. I am here to facilitate the healing process in your body just like a personal trainer designs specific exercises to fit your body.

Holistic Approach
Muscle monitoring provides a non-invasive way to assess and treat the body holistically, making it a valuable tool in alternative health practices. It is based on the idea that the body has its own intelligence and therefore muscle responses reflect the body's natural communication about its own state.

Muscle Monitoring
My first step in our session together is to gather information through muscle monitoring. Muscle monitoring is a foundational technique developed by Dr. Goodhart, the founder of applied kinesiology. This assessment is done by me applying gently pressure to a specific muscle while you resist. If the energy that runs thru that muscle is balanced the muscle will stay strong/locked in place. This is because the flow of communication between muscle and brain through the nervous system is clear. If the muscle unlocks/gives away under pressure, then the communication has been compromised, blocked or out of balanced.

Protocols
I can identify imbalances in the body's energy pathways often linked to pain, nutrition, structural issues, hormones, and emotional stress. Each muscle is connected to a specific organ, glands, and energy meridians so weaknesses in certain muscles can point to related issues in these areas. Muscle monitoring helps me to know which energy system to work with and which protocol would be best for you.

Basic Energies
The next step is to check your base line. Your base line should meet the below requirements. If basic energies are out of alignment, it is easy to fix with a quick exercise. Once all these basic energies are in balance your body is prepared to show which energy systems need attention.

Hydration, in alignment with the earth's north and south pole, and grounded.
Energies are crossing over, coordination, blood flowing to the pre-frontal cortex, crown chakra is open to receive energies and natural flow of the skull plates.
The joints are healthy, the chi (energy) is flowing forward, good circulation of energy flow in the whole body, the auric field (which is an energetic protective field around the body) is strong and connected.

Balancing your energy systems
Each energy system affects your physical body
Through muscle monitoring I can assess which energy system needs help. Symptoms that you feel such as pain, emotional distress, trauma, shock, stress, illness, pain, anxiety, menstrual cramps, and hormonal issues will be addressed through working with one of these energy systems.

Quick Energy Balancer
This step is the help your body to be ready to receive the protocols of one of the energy systems necessary to help your body to heal. When energies are aligned and well-integrated, the body is better equipped to heal, adapt to stress and maintain balance.

Spinal flush consists of me tapping/rubbing along specific point on either side of your spine. This helps the body shift sluggish/blocked energy, providing a sense of relaxation, relief, and revitalization.

I work with certain points on the head which helps recharge the body's electrical flow, which can disrupted by stress, fatigue, injury, and illness. These points when accessed, help direct blood flow to the pre-frontal cortex which is essential for clear thinking and emotional regulation.

I sweep the energy down and off the body with my hands. This sweeping motion encourages the natural downward flow of energy and can clear away stress, tension, or any heavy energy you might feel. I then, work with your feet, much like reflexology, grounding and aligning your body at a cellular level with the positive and negative ions in their natural state. I also make figure 8s in your energetic field, this helps to weave and integrate the body's energy. It brings together different systems, keeps energy fields intact, supports overall resilience.

I do a belt flow which acts like a horizontal bridge connecting the energies of the upper and lower body. Stress, trauma, or lifestyle habits can disrupt this energy alignment. These blockages can get stuck in either the upper/lower body. This can lead to physical/emotional symptoms like feeling fragmented, disoriented or out of sync. Clearing this area allows for a more harmonious connection between upper and lower body, which supports whole body integration and alignment.
Self-care techniques/Future sessions
Self-care exercises will be specific to what your body needs. I keep track of each session we do together, we can see which basic energies are chronically out and do some deeper work to keep them in alignment.

The final step is to go over self-care techniques. These exercises will be specific to what your body needs and will continue to strengthen what we did together in our session. It will also help you increase your overall vitality and energy each day.

Future sessions
Our goal together is getting your body's energy to stay at a higher vibration giving you more mental clarity and energy for the day. It takes time to clear a symptom as it can show up in many different energy systems. For the first year it is good to show up once a month, this gives your body and opportunity to adjust to energy work and to get into a good habit of doing self care.

Closing techniques
At the end of your session, I will do any number of closing technique (like a sound bath) to integrate all the energy we moved during your session. Please make sure to stay hydrated and give yourself time to relax after your session.
