Working with acupressure points, followed by stretches specifically for your body and ending with a sound bath. *Personalized energy session: A personal assessment based on what you need: pain, heavy emotions, hormonal issues, stress, feeling exhausted, lack of sleep, etc. Then based on your symptoms working with the body’s different energy systems based on traditional Chinese medicine techniques. *Energy Balancer + Foot reflexology: Working with the acupressure points on the back and feet to allow the body to relax and sink into the parasympathetic nervous system, where it can rest and digest.
