Service Description

Session begin with a discussion of what you would like to focus on during our time together. It will be personalized to the needs of your body by assessing which energy systems need attention. Energy assessment, otherwise known as energy testing, looks at the flow of energy through the muscle rather than the muscle’s strength. The main goal or purpose of our session is to clear any clogged or stagnate energy that can show up anywhere in the body such as organs, muscles, nervous system, blood stream, etc. At the end of the session, you will be given self-care techniques specifically tailored to your body’s needs to help you achieve your optimal health.
