Service Description
Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga that involves holding poses for an extended period of time (3-5 min). This practice targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, rather than focusing on the muscles. This allows the body to slowly open and stretch. The extended time in poses helps increase circulation and improve flexibility in the joints and connective tissue.
